Keto Trim 911 Review – BHB Mineral Blend Vs. Keto Diet

Hey Guys,  I have been very busy lately.  Working on new ideas for the site.  This one is my Keto Trim 911 Review  I have been planning this for a while now.  I wrote about a couple of Keto products before but this one (I think) is very different.  It’s about something that is called a BHB supplement.  It supposedly works by providing the body with the correct minerals to trigger ketosis.

Ketosis is a natural state in which our body starts to burn fat rather than carbohydrates.  see screenshot;

Anyway, so this is not quite the same as the Keto Diet.  This Keto Trim 911 Review will be about BHB Mineral Blends and why they might be both much safer to take and better than the actual Ketogenic diet.

 According to the World Health Organization (WHO), obesity is a condition that has almost tripled since 1975.  With a massive 39% of adults worldwide thought to be overweight and 1/3 of this percentage actually obese.  So, for many people, it is no surprise that if you look online, there are so many adverts out there for weight loss solutions and dieting methods.  

Maybe not the most user-friendly way to find products if you are actually looking to lose weight but if there was ever any doubt in your mind about the seriousness of the growing obesity problem worldwide this may just be the proof.   

Now, out of these products, one kind you may have heard about is the Keto diet.  This, if you don’t know is a low carb diet that has become very popular in recent years.  Especially amongst people looking to lose weight.  However, despite its popularity, it does have some drawbacks.  

For instance, one side effect is uncontrollable sugar cravings from reduced glucose intake from carbohydrates, and another is a condition known as the keto flu.

What Is Keto Flu?

Keto Flu is very common amongst people in the early stages of starting a keto diet.  It is the result of your body making the transition from burning the glucose in carbohydrates to ketones.  This is thought to be kind of like, so they say having withdrawal symptoms from eating carbs but on the keto trim sales page it says that this can actually be a whole lot worse.  

Something to do with dehydration and the body not burning carbohydrates and ketones but cannibalizing itself instead.

A very strong choice of words I think but how true I am not totally sure.

One thing to note though is of the claims that Keto T-911 makes one is that BHB minerals do not cause keto flu.

My thoughts?

The jury is still out for me if I must be honest.  I was aware that keto had some minor health risks associated with it but this just goes to show there is still a lot I don’t know.  Despite this, what is clear is that obesity if left untreated is potentially a very dangerous condition that is linked with more serious health problems such as heart disease, strokes and diabetes. 

So, in this respect, I think the Keto diet is definitely viable no doubt whether Keto Trim 911 is legit or not.

Keto T-911 Vs. Raspberry Ketone Plus

So this will actually be the next product I am going to review.  It is called Raspberry Ketone Plus by Vitapost.  It is not so much a similar product I would say.  It’s a quite different supplement in many respects.

For starters IT IS NOT a BHB supplement, it is more suited for weight loss and chiefly it is more than half the price of Keto T-911.

I would say Keto T-911 is a very questionable choice for weight loss, as I’ve been told by too many people now that these supplements do not work. Plus the other big issue I have with this supplement is #1 the price and #2 the gelatin capsules. 

I am not vegan don’t get me wrong but I think from a business point of view I think it is better to use veggie capsules as more people are likely to buy them.

The Raspberry Ketone Plus supplement on the other hand I really like the sound of how it works. It is not just Raspberry Ketones either it also contains apple cider vinegar, African mango, and Green Tea Extract. These things I know absolutely can help with weight loss.

There are some quite positive reviews on its website as well. It’s not much to go on I know but I do like how this company works.

My Final Opinion of Keto Trim 911

I think this is a supplement that would suit anybody looking to lose weight and try Keto as a possibly safer option.  I kind of am a bit dubious about what the Keto T-911 sales page says about the body attacking itself if the keto diet is done incorrectly.  It seems kind of like a scare tactic to me.  Although I think if true and Keto T-911 eliminates the risk of the dangers of keto flu then the potential is there.  I would say anyway

But is Keto T-911 itself safe?

In case your wondering Yes, Keto T-911 is safe as long as it is taken according to the instructions on the bottle.  Although it is recommended to consult with a GP or healthcare professional before taking it.  This is advised for taking any kind of supplement.

With this in mind, I would say that if you can afford it then give it a go, and if it doesn’t give you the results you would like to have then you have 90 days to request a refund under Phygate Laboratories money-back guarantee.
