Hi Alex, Thank you for your very detailed review! I don’t know any supplements for better blood flow, but I am sure they are essential, especially since many people’s blood vessels are getting calcified with age and lifestyle. So it is always good to take care of improving the blood vessels.
I use a Vitamin K complex that helps me transport calcium to the bones, teeth, nails, and hair. Because I am also using Vitamin D3, it is essential to take in Vitamin K2 as well. I have luckily no problems with my blood vessels, but I know many people who have arterial and venous problems. Most time, they receive blood thinners from Big Pharma prescribed by their doctors. As for Vitamin K there is another product by this same company HFL Solutions called Perfect Vitamin D&K. I have a review but I didn’t actually write it. I will have to go over this soon I think as wasn’t really aware of its benefits for blood vessels. Will definitely look this up. Also, yes I agree with your comments on Big Pharma drugs such as warfarin etc. There are so many of these drugs that I don’t really agree with. I would like to think diet and supplements are a better alternative. Although I guess it depends on the product. Thanks for commenting.
