For this 1st recipe, I will share a type of keto bread made with a combination of Almond and Coconut Flour. This is a fluffy, easy to make bread with just 1 net of carbs per slice.

In Conclusion – Try Easy Keto Bread Recipes
If you don’t know there are many reasons why someone might want to try out one of these easy keto bread recipes. Of course, there is weight loss but then, of course, there is lowering blood sugar, a lot of these recipes being gluten-free alternatives and actually the shocking truth about regular bread.
I don’t mean to scare people here. Bread is a big part of a lot of people’s diets but according to the author of this recipe book I’m about to share Keto Breads By Kelley Herring, there is something you should know.
This is because regular bread is very addictive. Compounds inside bread called Gluteomorphins trigger the release of dopamine and because of this people crave bread more and more.
And not only this but also found inside gluten is a type of poison called lectin. Many people might not realise this but actually consuming gluten-based bread can spike blood sugar levels and cause inflammation of the gut.
It sounds like a horror story (I know) but definitely just read what Kelley has to say on her website.
Even if the easy keto recipes above don’t seem appealing to you, on this website is some very interesting information. It DOES recommend for you to buy Kelley’s book (yes I know) but still before this – what it says about gluten and bread you should definitely read about.
It’s pretty fascinating. So…

Although I will say there are a lot of good reviews for Kelley Herring’s books.
Just click above on the ‘Buy Now’ button. You don’t actually have to buy but this will take you to the Ketobreads.net website and you can see there exactly what this book is all about and all the positive reviews that Kelley has had.
Finally, I know this has turned into a bit of a sales pitch – my apologies but yes getting back to the easy keto bread recipes.
Is there any that take your fancy? or is there any that you would like to recommend to my other readers?

Wow! This is a fascinating article. I had no idea some of the items indicated might be used to bake bread. It is also useful information to have because it can be shared with elderly people who enjoy eating bread.
Though I don’t have gluten sensitivity or high blood sugar (hyperglycemia), nor am I trying to lose weight, the breads seem really healthy and I can’t wait to start making some to see if it’s something I’d appreciate and eventually replace my regular white and brown loaves.
Personally, I am quite excited to try the Keto-friendly banana bread; the picture is very appealing.
Femi.
Hi Alex,
Thank you for these wonderful Keto Bread Recipes. I can’t wait to try some of them and like you I am not on any type of diet, but they do sound pretty good. One recipe that caught my fancy was the Keto-Friendly Banana Bread. I have never noticed Banana extract at the store, but I will find it now for sure. I do have one question. What are the amounts for the ingredients in the Keto Banana Bread recipe? I even followed the link to the original recipe, and they weren’t listed there either. Do you know where to get them?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Chas, Yes I would like to try out some of these soon myself. Even just do cut down on the gluten in my diet. I am glad you liked my picks. The banana bread recipe I really am not sure but maybe a few drops should do it. You can adjust accordingly next time you make some either use more or less.
Hope this helps
Best regards;
Alex
