Joint Pain affects over half a billion people worldwide. This includes a large percentage that suffers from arthritis of various kinds. In a lot of cases, the main cause of Joint Pain is Inflammation. For this condition, there are many possible solutions but one we are going to discuss today is a dietary supplement called Organixx Turmeric 3D.
Now, Turmeric alone is VERY special. Some people believe it to be one of the most powerful healing herbs ever to exist! Traditionally, it has been used since ancient times for a vast range of ailments and this is a trend that still continues today.
Joint pain and Inflammation are very high up on this list but other medicinal uses for Turmeric Include…
According to NCBI;
- Chickenpox,
- Small Pox,
- Conjunctivitis
- Chronic anterior uveitis
- Rheumatoid arthritis,
- Urinary tract infections,
- Wound Healing
- and Liver Ailments
And this is certainly not all either.
Students of both TCM and Ayurveda believe that Turmeric and its Curcuminoid compounds have many vast different healing properties.
So how so many different Turmeric based dietary supplements are on the market in the modern age is surely more than just a coincidence. For anyone not aware of this you need not look any further than Amazon and other health food stores to see this.
The demand for Turmeric based products is HUGE! The proof that products such as Organixx Turmeric 3D are really here to stay is obvious.
Although, how THIS product in particular fares against all the others is a very good question.
And one we will look to try and answer today – so if this is something that interests you please keep reading…

About Organixx Turmeric 3D
Now, this is a product that I have been very keen to review. In my opinion, any company that offers a full 1-Year Money Back Guarantee on its products must be very confident about their effectiveness.
This is really only the icing on top of the cake but looking past this Turmeric3D is certainly a very unique product. When you compare it to other Turmeric supplements there are a number of differences.
According to Organixx and Dr. Melissa Gallagher (the creator) Turmeric 3D is the first-ever supplement that only contains fermented botanicals with a mix of synergistic ingredients that are specifically chosen for Inflammation support and joint pain relief.
The end product is apparently one of the most bioavailable and potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory dietary supplements available to buy online.
The Organixx brand itself is certainly known for its quality but is Turmeric3D really the best you can buy?
This might be debatable for some people but some things to consider about this product include;
Organixx Turmeric 3D Pros and Cons ✅❎
What Are The Pros ✅
- 1-Year Money Back Guarantee
- Made with Natural Organic Ingredients
- Multi Buy Discounts and, Subscribe & Save.
- Very Easy To Absorb Into Joints
- Powerful Synergistic Blend
- Non-GMO, Non-Toxic & Pesticide Free
- Gluten, Soy, and Dairy Free
The Cons ❎
- Expensive Compared to Other Supplements
- More Expensive if you Buy Only 1 Bottle
- Extra costs for shipping outside the USA
- NOT Vegan Friendly (Uses Cholecalciferol)
- Available Only Online
- May not be suitable if you have GERD or Ulcerative Colitis.
For me, I think there are only two things that might be a deal breaker for anyone interested in this product. The first is the price. I think it is worth it but at $55.00 a bottle many I think would rather risk it with a cheaper alternative. Then the other thing is the Vitamin D3 in this product is possibly not vegan-friendly. You can get vegan-friendly Vitamin D3 but most of the time it is produced from Sheep’s Wool (Lanolin/Cholecalciferol). This again doesn’t phase me but I think for some it might.
Now…
So Why Choose Organixx Turmeric 3D?
This seems a little strange to me. But what Dr. Melissa Gallagher says is that Piperine (or Bioperine) a black pepper extract found in most of your run-of-the-mill Turmeric supplements can actually be quite toxic.
Piperine, Bioperine (black pepper extract), and Capsaicin (Cayenne Extract) apparently make Turmeric more bioavailable and they say it can increase the effects by up to 2000%.
However. the biggest claim that comes from Organixx Turmeric 3D is that not only is black pepper extract toxic but you don’t really need it to increase the bioavailability of curcumin (the main compound inside turmeric).
So, they say two things fill the void here. The synergy with the other ingredients in this formula and the fermentation of the Turmeric
As apparently in its fermented form Turmeric is much more bioavailable (easier to absorb). It doesn’t have the side effects associated with black pepper extract and so much more as well.

Taking Curcumin regularly may help reduce inflammation and support a healthy inflammatory response in the body.
- Joint Health and Mobility: Joint discomfort and stiffness can significantly impact daily life. What Causes Inflammation?
Inflammation is a natural response of the body’s immune system to protect against injury, infection, or harmful substances. It is a complex process involving various cells, chemicals, and immune responses. While acute inflammation is a necessary and beneficial response, Chronic Inflammation can be problematic and can contribute to the development of several serious health conditions.
There are several common causes and triggers of inflammation.
- Infections, whether bacterial, viral, or fungal, can trigger an immune response and lead to inflammation.
- Physical injuries, such as cuts, burns, or fractures, can also initiate an inflammatory response as the body works to repair damaged tissues.
- Autoimmune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or multiple sclerosis, occur when the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues, leading to chronic inflammation.
- Chronic diseases, including obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, are associated with ongoing inflammation.
- Environmental factors, such as exposure to pollutants, toxins, or irritants like cigarette smoke, air pollution, pesticides, or certain chemicals, can also trigger inflammation in the body.
- Unhealthy lifestyle factors like poor dietary choices, sedentary behavior, excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, chronic stress, and inadequate sleep have been linked to chronic low-grade inflammation.
- Allergic reactions to substances like pollen, dust mites, animal dander, or certain foods can trigger inflammation in susceptible individuals.
- Poor gut health, including imbalances in the gut microbiome, intestinal permeability (leaky gut), or bacterial overgrowth, can also contribute to chronic low-grade inflammation.
Additionally, as we age, the body’s natural ability to regulate and resolve inflammation may decline, leading to a higher risk of chronic inflammation.
So Does Turmeric Help Resolve Inflammation?
Many might look to Turmeric Supplements as a solution rather than the usual OTC and prescription medications given for joint pain. This is because many of these drugs are highly addictive and can cause negative side effects, including; kidney damage and heart problems. [R]
Taking Turmeric either as an ingredient within your food or as a dietary supplement has been found to be a non-toxic treatment for joint pain conditions caused by inflammation. These include both Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. [R]
However, It is important that the turmeric you use is organic and of good quality. If you can find the right Turmeric products they can definitely help relieve joint pain. They will not only help to relieve inflammation but can also help to repair worn cartilage. [R]
How To Tell If Your Joints Are Inflamed?
One question that might spring to mind from reading what I have written above is how do you know if your Joint Pain is caused by Inflammation? I thought it would be useful to cover this quickly.
According to medicalnewstoday.com here are just some of the things to look out for;
- difficulty moving the affected joint or joints.
- swelling or bulging in the joint.
- pain or aching in the joint.
- pain around the joint.
- pain elsewhere, as a person, may modify their activities or pattern of movement because of the pain.
- redness or warmth around the joint.
It may also be worth noting that some Joint Pain conditions are typically associated with Inflammation. Whilst others are not. Rheumatoid Arthritis for example is an autoimmune condition that can cause widespread inflammation.
In any case, perhaps the best way to diagnose any kind of Joint Inflammation is by actually speaking to a doctor or medical professional. Something that is true for any supplement but let’s get back to this review.
What Do You Get with Organixx Turmeric 3D?
Vitamin D3 (125mg / 5000IU):
Individuals who have low vitamin D often have joint pain. For this reason, taking Vitamin D supplements may be beneficial for those with joint pain that also suffer from a vitamin D deficiency.
Putting this into perspective, Vitamin D can be useful in forestalling, easing back, or lessening joint pain inflammation.
In any case, as many might advocate the use of Vitamin D3 for joint pain there’s little evidence that Vitamin D supplements can soothe or forestall joint pain symptoms.
Turmeric 3D Blend 1000mg incl.
Organic KSM 668 Ashwagandha® Root Extract:
Ashwagandha may act as a pain reliever, preventing pain signals from traveling along with the central nervous system.
It may also have some anti-inflammatory properties. For this reason, some research has shown it to be effective in treating forms of arthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis.
Organic Parcatin
A patented blend made from the Andrographis Paniculate plant. It is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and may help support better joint health and function.
The main active ingredient is andrographolide, which inhibits the activity of chemicals linked to inflammation
Overall, it can be concluded that ParActin® in 300 and 600 mg/day dosages were found to be effective and safe in reducing pain in individuals suffering from mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. [R]
Organic Fermented Ginger:
One of the many health claims attributed to ginger is its ability to decrease inflammation, swelling, and pain.
Ginger can reduce the activity of several chemical substances that promote joint inflammation.
Ginger extracts can reduce the production of several chemical substances (including leukotrienes) that promote joint inflammation. Ginger also contains salicylates, which your body transforms into a chemical substance called salicylic acid. Salicylic acid prevents your nerves from making certain prostaglandins and this eases pain and discomfort. [R]
Dosage / Directions For Use
Recommended daily usage is to take 2 capsules a day with an 8 oz glass of water or juice.
Capsules can also be opened and the powder can be emptied into food.
For advanced use take 2 capsules as instructed above. 2 in the morning and 2 before bedtime in the evening.
Organixx T3D Customer Reviews and Testimonials
Upon checking my usual sources for reviews I found that the 2 main places to look are on Amazon and the Organixx website. I can not screenshot any from Amazon due to their rules. The main thing to tell you though here is out of 310 reviews they are mostly positive. There are only 2 1-star reviews and this listing also has an Amazon Choice badge.
As for the Organixx website, as unbiased as this might seem there is still a very large number of reviews to read.

Above is a screenshot I have copied from the Organixx website. Perhaps they have chosen only the products that they feel they have a competitive edge over. Or maybe not? Anyway just in case, you are curious here is a table of my own with some more of Amazon’s other Turmeric supplements for you to compare.

My Verdict – To Buy or Not To Buy
Well, overall I am excited to share this product with people. The price is a bit high compared to other Turmeric products. There are plenty of others that sell for cheaper and have more capsules. However, the price does seem to be justified. The reviews are very good and I haven’t found many other products like this either.
Before coming across Organixx Turmeric 3D I knew that it was important to look for Organic Turmeric but I did not know about fermented turmeric. This was quite an eye-opener because prior to this I thought using a black pepper extract with Turmeric was an absolute must, but I guess not. You learn something new every day.
So, I will definitely be recommending this to people for joint pain for the foreseeable future. Mostly, because of what’s on offer – a unique product with lots of good reviews and a whole 1-Year money-back guarantee.
Q&A About Turmeric & Turmeric3D!
Why is Black Pepper Extract Not Used in Turmeric 3D?
Organixx Turmeric 3D does not use any kind of Black Pepper Extract. This is because it ferments both its turmeric and ginger to increase the bioavailability (absorption) as a more effective alternative. It is also worth mentioning that according to the company piperine (black pepper extract) can interfere with medication and block detoxification pathways.
How Is Turmeric 3D NOT vegan Friendly?
One of the biggest flaws of Turmeric is its possible use of Cholecalciferol to produce its Vitamin D3. This is naturally found in high amounts in eggs, certain fish, and from sheep’s wool. Also, Turmeric 3D apparently DOES NOT use organic Vitamin D3.
When Does Organixx Turmeric 3D Ship?
One of the other good things about Turmeric 3D is that it ships 7 days a week. In most cases your order for this product (and in fact, any other Organixx products will ship out within 24 Hours.
What Discounts Are Available?
First of all, there is a series of discounts you can make on your Organixx orders. You can save by buying 3 or 6 bottles. The shipping you can get for free if you spend over $200 (any country Worldwide). It’s $149 if you are in Canada.
Then on top of this, you also have another option to subscribe and save with which you can save 15% more on every order.
In Conclusion
After going through all of this information I do think it is a pity that Organixx Turmeric 3D isn’t vegan-friendly. I mean actually, they could be as you can get Vegan Vitamin D3 but it doesn’t actually say about this. However, I don’t think most people will be too bothered about this – so only really a minority here.
But, If you are vegan and you are looking to try a vegan-friendly product that uses fermented turmeric I would recommend Garden of Life Mykind Organics Extra Strength Turmeric. Organixx Turmeric 3D is the clear winner for me here but this is the best vegan alternative I’ve found.
Other than this I think Turmeric 3D is a safe bet compared to other Turmeric supplements. You want the Turmeric at the very least to be organic and I think you can definitely trust the Organixx brand. I’d say watch out for the cheap turmeric supplements because these are sold cheap for good reason.
Also, if you get the chance check out the other supplements by Organixx because Turmeric 3D is just one of many great products they have on offer. I will leave this review here but if you’d like to know more about Turmeric check out this free resource below…

This was an interesting article on Turmeric supplements. It seems like the one you are endorsing is quite good and has added value.
I am always a little reluctant, though, to take supplements especially since I take a couple of daily medications. Sometimes they react with other mediations. I will have to consult a doctor before considering this.
Turmeric is a common ingredient in Indian food. I wonder if you consume a lot of Indian food, if you will achieve the same benefit?
Thanks for the review. It was very thorough.
Nina
Hi Nina, Yes I have looked at a couple of products from the Organixx company I would say they do seem to be a cut above the rest. Mind you I get why you are reluctant to take something like this if you are taking medication. I would advise 2 things for this reason. 1.) Contact your GP and let him know the ingredients and 2.) Contact Organixx – they have a live chat feature and usually respond pretty quickly so I definitely think they can help you.
Also, about Indian food, I do wonder the same. I quite often cook my own Chicken Curry or Saag Aloo I only use Turmeric Powder from the shop. I guess this probably isn’t the most effective method of supplementing curcumin but maybe you could buy better quality Turmeric Powder or even in its whole form. I am not sure how the fermentation process works but it does make me curious how easy it is to do.
Hello, Alex, I like your article on healthy eating and turmeric and ginger. Kurkuma is indeed a very useful plant from ?Just turmeric as a supplement is a little more expensive, but when it comes to health, it’s not much! But I agree with you that everyone should first contact their doctor or nutritionist before using them if they’re taking medication? This should be tried looking really good and useful! My score is 10 ?. I wish you health ?
Thanks Zvezden, Glad you like – yes Curcumin is a very useful compound. The price yes I agree compared to other supplements it is expensive. Although, I think this is OK considering you get a 1-Year Warranty. If you do not have any success using this product within the first year you can get a full refund for everything I believe apart from shipping. Also, you can make extra saving by buying extra bottles and I think even more by setting up a subscription. You should check with a doctor if you are currently taking medication or another good idea is to talk to an agent via the organixx / turmeric 3D live chat on the webiste. They usually respond I have found within a few minutes.
Thanks for the high score.
Best regards
Alex
Your article is truly eye opening.
For me, it’s the way you broke down joint pains and arthritis and their major causes.
I always believed ageing was the biggest factor that causes these joint issues, but in recent times, I’ve observed sadly that even many people tend to experience these pains and inflammations much earlier.
Plus, I didn’t know Turmeric was that helpful and beneficial. I’ll probably try to incorporate one of its supplements in my diet, and since you recommend this, I’d check this out first.
Quick question, does ginger help in treating this inflammation too?
I’ll be looking out for your response. Thanks.
Cheers,
Femi.
Hi Femi, Thank you for taking the time to comment. Glad you have found this post helpful. Ageing as you say is a big factor for joint pain due to inflammation and as your joint begins to hold less synovial fluid. Although yes it is becoming increasingly common for the younger generation to suffer from joint pain as well. I believe that some of us exercise can help but turmeric is good for the inflammation which very often is responsible for the actual joint pains.
As for Ginger YES absolutely ginger helps relieve Inflammation as well and not only this when used alongside turmeric it is a lot more effective. As it helps increase its bioavailabilty which is how much of the curcumin from the turmeric which is absorbed into the bloodstream.
Organic Tumeric sounds like a great product to combat inflammation as well as many other disorders. I love the fact that this is a natural product and therefore does not have side effects like many of the over-the-counter medicines do.
I’ve known about the health benefits of ginger and garlic for many years and try and consume these herbs regularly, but was unaware that Tumeric had so many health benefits. I’ll check out these supplements to see if they can be shipped to my address.
Many thanks for sharing this information.
Your welcome Andrew and yes Turmeric is a very powerful spice ~ if you look into Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine this has been used for hundreds and possibly even thousands of years for its medicinal benefits. This product I think makes a lot of big claims about not using any kind of black pepper extract to increase the bioavailability of curcumin. This is strange as many other products say the complete opposite pretty much but still if you look at the reviews for Organixx they are very promising.
Hi Alex, Thank you very much for your detailed review! I am very much fond of Tumeric; most time, I use it in combination with ginger, another excellent natural antibiotic and pain killer. I love natural products, and combining chili, garlic, turmeric, cayenne, and ginger, storing them together in the oil, makes this oil an excellent antibiotic.
Turmeric and ginger are great spices to cool down the inflammation for people who suffer from autoimmune disorders and inflammation. I understand that many people have no time to make their oil, so buying it as capsules is more accessible and concentrated might be a better option for healing.
I love to cook with turmeric and ginger. Together with garlic, it is such a healthy and tasty meal.
Hi Sylvia, Thanks for taking the time to comment. You really know your stuff. Your oil mix sounds interesting I will have to get a recipe from you. Basically, I use these ingredients quite often in my curries but never thought about making up an infusion. Sounds like a good idea.
As for convenience, I get what you are saying totally. It can be a load of trouble making things up like oils on a consistent basis. I’d say it is probably always better to get to work with the raw ingredients but of course, sourcing them can be difficult sometimes. Especially raw turmeric is not like ginger which is sold everywhere. I think that this product I have reviewed here looks to be a good solution – I think the fact that they offer a 1 Year Warranty and their countless positive reviews say a lot about what you can expect from them.
Hi Alex,
I do the same as you do. A long time ago I was wondering why my mum always cooks with turmeric and after I read many scientific articles and blogs such as this one.
I understand that Turmeric is filled with antibiotics and is considered a pain killer.
However, an uncooked version of turmeric is very very useful, as the heat does change its active components.
So I think that having Organixx Turmeric 3D or doing your method is highly recommended to take all the advantages of these natural species.
Have Great Day.
Hi Safia, Yes Turmeric is a very incredible plant. It is not an antibiotic but it is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It is considered a pain killer because of how it affects inflammation which is often the cause of joint pain etc.
Turmeric3D is definitely recommended because of its other ingredients including organic turmeric, organic ginger and vitamin D3 – this is a supplement designed for bioavailability which means it’s super effective for absorption. Turmeric is usually quite difficult to absorb into the bloodstream and usually, and this is why piperine is added to a lot of other turmeric products. It is not in T3D but this is because it is fermented which makes it a lot more absorbable.
I have heard of Organixx before and so far I’ve only heard good things about them. I use a lot of turmeric in my meals and someone recommended I use a turmeric supplement when I was suffering from pain in my knee.
This product seems to be unique and I was surprised that it doesn’t include black pepper, but now I understand why. It’s interesting to know that turmeric works well with ginger. the price is indeed a little high and it’s too bad that it isn’t vegan-friendly.
Hi Christine, Yes Organixx is a fantastic company for supplements. 100% I will be reviewing more of their products in the future. Turmeric definitely has quite a reputation for things like joint pain relief and inflammation. In India and China, they have used this for centuries for this exact reason and actually without bioperine/piperine etc.
The product I agree is quite unique because it uses fermented ingredients. The vegan aspect seriously I think is a strange one. The only thing that makes it non-vegan is basically it uses Cholecalciferol which is made from sheep’s wool. So basically no animals have to die for you to take this product but yes I guess that this is considered non-vegan, for this reason, should be mentioned.
Wow Alex, What a thoroughly detailed article about Turmeric! I have long been aware of the beneficial effects of turmeric for joint pain and inflammation. I acquired the taste and use of turmeric from my bunch of Indian friends and they have tons of lovely recipes for it as well. However, I learned so much more from this article such as the other medicinal uses for Turmeric as presented by the NCBI and the function of Vitamin D3 when combined with turmeric
I think Organixx Turmeric is a great product for those who require supplements. That it also contains ginger is an added bonus for me as ginger also has anti-inflammatory properties. As with all supplements. I am glad that you recommend a visit to the doctor to confirm that there are no contraindications to the use of the product.
Hi Ceci, Yes I really wanted to write a review for this product that showed what adding Turmeric to your diet can really do. You are right there are lots of lovely recipes you can use Turmeric for. I use Turmeric for all sorts – rice, chicken, in curries… always make sure I have some in the cupboard but of course, there is a difference I think between just buying turmeric as a dried spice and what is found in supplements such as Organixx Turmeric 3D. I mean cooking with Turmeric as a spice I think is still healthy. Especially organic Turmeric but I think to actually use it to its full potential for things like joint pain and inflammation you really can’t go wrong with a good supplement and this I think is what this really is.
Hey Alex
I did know about Tumeric being excellent for treating inflammation but this is the first time I have read about it being fermented too. Having done some research on the benefits of fermented products, I am quite aware of how good that is for our bodies.
I am based in South Africa and the SA Rand is not faring so well in the forex market so I will have to skip a purchase for now. All going well, I shall be back soon to buy. My shoulders and elbows have been giving me major grief, what a permit time to have encountered your Organixx Tumeric 3d review!
Many thanks for sharing.
Louise
Thanks Louise yes this is kind of Organixx’s thing. There are about 10-15 products altogether and most use fermented ingredients. It helps the ingredients to absorb into the bloodstream better. With turmeric they say that Curcumin is very powerful but in most cases the human body doesn’t absorb it very well. Turmeric 3D works because of its increased bioavailabilty and with its other ingredients this has many added benefits including increased nutrient absorption. I get what you are saying about the price it is not really but it may be good for your shoulders and elbows. There are plenty of supplements out there and a lot that are cheaper but I do think with this you should get what you pay for. You can also claim back a refund within the first year for your first bottle if this doesn’t work.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for introducing me to the Organixx Tumeric 3d product. I actually don’t mind the fact it is made from sheep’s wool because I am not vegan, But, I do like supplement that contain the pure product. I have been using the organic supplement tumeric for years. like to sprinkle it onto food after I cook it. That way the heat from cooking doesn’t change the wonderful properties of the tumeric.
I also take supplemental vitamins, so I need the pure product without any extra vitamins. But, if people don’t take extra supplements, this would be an Ideal product for them. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Hi Chas, you are most welcome. I don’t know 100% if this does use the non vegan type of Vitamin D3 ~ I will have to reach out to Organixx to find this out but in most cases products that use Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) produce this from Lanolin which is the grease from Sheep’s wool.
Although, you can get Vitamin D3 which is sourced from algae so it could be vegan but the fact they don’t mention this probably means it is not. I don’t know really but I guess this wont be a major issue for most people this is definitely a good product. The ingredients you can bet are of the highest quality. If you do your research into the Organixx brand they are very popular with customers. This would be an ideal supplement for anyone that already supplements with turmeric. Especially anyone that suffers from joint pain or inflammation.
Hey Alex,
This is a very detailed and informative article.
I think this supplement would be good for my parents, but they are in their 70s so I’m not sure if supplements are good for them as they take a bit of medication too.
I am going to share this article with my brother as he is a huge gym head and he sometimes over does it. These types of supplements could help him.
I will let you know his thoughts and if he invests in this, and if he thinks the price is right.
Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work.
All the best,
Tom
Hi Tom,
Thanks had to do quite a lot of work on this review. I published it back in 2021 but needed to do a lot of work on it. Think I have achieved this mostly. As for your parents it depends what medication they are taking if they have any conditions like IBS or ulcerative collitis this may cause irritation. Turmeric must be taken in the right dosage but it can have many positive effects. Your parents I think may benefit from the vitamin D3 in this supplement. If they have weak bones this can help with calcium absorption.
Regarding your brother I am not sure turmeric would be the right supplement for him. If he is over doing it at the gym he probably should look into BCAAS if he is not already doing so.

Hello Alex
This review is amazing and absolutely outstanding. I sometimes drink tumeric tea when I’m in pain or feel a bit unwell and it has helped a bit. I first became interested in Tumeric when I heard about all it’s health benefits like arthritis and inflammation relief. I have even heard Tumeric can be used to fight cancer. I’m just curious Do you know if that’s true or not?
I learned a lot about Tumeric from this article and the Oragnixx product you talked about sounds really great and is something I will consider trying in the future if I need it. I have bookmarked this page so I can refer back to this amazing and outstanding review if forget something I read. I hope you get all the traffic and success you deserve. This you so much for this amazing and outstanding review.
Regards
Timothy
Hi Timothy, there are many reported health benefits of turmeric. As it reduces inflammation this is what makes it beneficial for joint pain relief but you can get all kinds of inflammation that this can help reduce. For instance gut inflammation is something that can cause all sorts of problems such as indigestion, fatigue and metabolic disease. Cancer is a genetic disease so much about DNA is misunderstood. They say that most our DNA is junk but this I think is rubbish – we just don’t understand how it all works. Turmeric as a treatment I think it can help because for its anti-inflammatory properties it can help improve how the body reacts naturally to illness but I do feel maybe there are other treatments that may work possibly better.
I am glad you have liked reading this review and hope this can be a good reference if you need it in future.
Best regards
Alex
