having the reviews is really helpful, its slightly concerning to hear that some people suffered allergic reactions but I guess thats just one of those things and as you quite rightly said to check the ingredients and with your doctor first and it shouldn’t be an issue.
its also important to know that not too difficult to swallow and you can take them on an empty stomach, I don’t have a great appetite first thing in the morning and this is when I like to take them. do you find they have a taste, someone commented on smell.
